How it started

The Train4Life gym began in August of 2018, even though the location has been a gym for years with multiple owners over time. When we became Train4Life, I wanted to create a community where anyone could feel comfortable coming in to workout, regardless of age or fitness level. We are a small, local gym; however, we have a full range of strength training and cardiovascular equipment. We have resistance machines, dumbbells, squat racks, benches, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, treadmills, ellipticals, rower, bikes and a functional training area.
